Digital Products Only
SJMz7 Resells currently sells digital products only, including supplier directories, reselling guides and other digital resources.
We do not ship physical products.
Because your purchase is digital, there are:
- ❌ No postage charges
- ❌ No physical parcels
- ❌ No delivery by Royal Mail or courier
- ✅ Digital delivery after successful payment
Digital Delivery
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered using the delivery method specified on the relevant product page.
If your product is advertised as instant digital delivery, access should normally be provided shortly after your payment has been confirmed.
Haven’t Received Your Product?
Please check:
- Your email inbox
- Your spam/junk folder
- Your promotions folder
- That you entered the correct email address when ordering
If you still can’t access your purchase, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.
We’ll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Problems
If your digital product has not been delivered or you cannot access it because of a technical problem, please contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide access or another suitable remedy.
Third-Party Suppliers
SJMz7 Resells provides supplier information and digital sourcing resources.
We do not ship, fulfil or deliver products purchased from third-party suppliers listed within our resources.
Any physical product purchased from a third-party supplier is a separate transaction between you and that supplier. You should check that supplier’s own shipping costs, delivery times, returns policy and terms before placing an order.
International Customers
Our digital products can be purchased and accessed internationally unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Because our products are delivered digitally, international customers do not pay physical shipping charges.
