What Happens After I Purchase?
After your payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be made available using the delivery method stated on the relevant product page.
Depending on the product, this may include:

- Other digital resources included with your purchase
Instant Digital Delivery
Where a product is advertised as instant delivery, access is intended to be provided shortly after successful payment.
Occasionally, technical issues may delay delivery. If you haven’t received your purchase, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Immediate Digital Delivery & Cancellation
Before completing your purchase, you may be asked to confirm that you want the digital product supplied immediately and acknowledge that this can affect your statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content. UK government guidance specifically requires businesses supplying digital downloads to obtain the appropriate agreement before the download begins.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly described digital content are not affected.
